Justin Bieber, Emma Stone, Tyra Banks and Josh Duhamel are honoring teenagers who give back to their communities.

Nickelodeon announced Tuesday that each star will pay tribute to a teen volunteer at the fourth annual TeenNick HALO Awards. It is presented to young people who are “helping and leading others.”

TeenNick HALO Awards honoring incredible teens doing extraordinary things.

Nick Cannon, who created the awards show, will serve as its host and executive producer. It is set to tape Nov. 17 at the Hollywood Palladium and air as a 90-minute special on November 19.

The four honorees come from across the country and range in age from 16 to 19. One started an organization to help outfit low-income teenage girls. Another makes and distributes gift bags for breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.

The Canadaian Football League (CFL) is offering Justin Bieber and Carly Rae Jepsen for the halftime show of the 100th Grey Cup in CANADA. Other artist such as Gordon Lightfoot, Marianas Trench will also perform at halftime of the league’s championship game Nov. 25 at Rogers Centre, the CFL announced Saturday.

CFL commissioner Mark Cohon said in a release:

“We are absolutely thrilled to unveil an all-Canadian, all-star lineup that features the biggest pop star in the world, the woman who gave us one of the biggest songs ever, one of the hottest young bands in the country, an iconic balladeer, a rock and roll legend, and one of this country’s leading entertainers,”

“This array of stars will command a huge and diverse audience, entertaining our most loyal fans and attracting new ones to our game’s greatest showcase. It spans genres and generations. And it’s quintessentially Canadian and undoubtedly world class, at the same time.”

One Direction member Liam Payne has admitted that he “feels sorry” for Justin Bieber because he doesn’t have the support of a band the way he does.

Speaking to Now magazine, Liam said:

“Not in a patronising way, but I kind of feel sorry for him. I know he’s got friends around him and they go on tour with him. But they’re not going through the same situation as these boys are with me.

“If something bad happened to me tomorrow, Louis would be there for me 100 per cent. People sometimes ask if I want to be a solo artist, but it just wouldn’t be any fun being on your own.”

On buying a plane: “No way. It’s a total waste of money. You buy the plane, then you have to pay for storage, and on top of that you have to think about the fuel, the cost of the fuel – that’s maybe $4,000. Even hiring a private plane is like 50 or 60K. Once you get into that it becomes a habit – a bad habit. I’ll get one when I need it – if I have to go somewhere instantly – but you don’t want to buy a plane; it’s definitely not worth it.”

On music: “I never stop working. In what I wanted to do in music I’ve never had any fear. But now I’m at the top there’s nowhere to go but down; for me it’s about staying standing at the top. I’m not a kid any more – I’m an adult, I’m making the decisions and I want to keep on growing, and I believe I can.”

On crossing over: “I look at Justin Timberlake and Usher and see how they crossed over really successfully, and I’ve seen people go off at the deep end, get full of themselves, think they’re the best and end up not being anything. I’ve worked way too hard for that. I definitely don’t want to be just another teen heart-throb. But there are different ways of growing. I want to be loved like Michael Jackson was, from the four-year-olds to the 80-year-olds. I am going to change and grow through my music and doing films. This album was different. My next album will be even edgier.”

On swear words: “My music is never going to have swear words in it. Never.” 

On music vs. school: “What happened was I found something I wanted to be good at. I wasn’t good at school because I had no passion for it. If I hadn’t found music my life would have been bad. My family are all poor, so the cycle would have continued. My kids would have been poor, and their kids would have been too. I feel I broke the cycle, and when you get to break the cycle, you don’t go back.”

On the misconception: “That’s the greatest misconception of me. People think I’m a product, that they found this good-looking kid, cut his hair nice and put Auto-Tune on his voice, wrote him good songs, taught him how to dance and then said, “Here is a pop star for you.” I am the furthest thing from that. I’m a musician; I play instruments, I write songs. I’m a businessman; I want to create an empire. I want people to know I don’t just sing songs. I’m the guy who signed the girl who just had the biggest single all round the world (Carly Rae Jepsen with Call Me Maybe; he brought her to the attention of Braun, who gave him a 50 per cent cut when he signed her).”

On One Direction & the Wanted: “I am not threatened by anybody; no one can threaten me. It’s actually cool to have other young people on the scene. I’ve spent years being the only one at all these awards shows – now there are other people my age. I hang out with One Direction, and the guys from The Wanted are fun, really funny guys. I keep my distance when they go to clubs to have their fun – I go home. Drinking is definitely one way, but it’s not for me. I still want people to think I’m a good person, a good influence. I want to be around tomorrow.”

On the fans: “I love my fans; I love the mass hysteria. I mean, this was always what I wanted. And you’ve got to remember I was this kid with no marketing campaign; it was my fans that got me here. They were the ones who’d show up at radio stations when I was playing on them, and that’s how I got my record deal. That’s how everybody started saying, “Who is this kid, Justin Bieber, who has 10,000 girls outside a mall in New Jersey?”

On flying: “I just started to really not like getting on a flight. It scares me. When I get anxiety, my heart drops and starts beating really fast as if it’s going to explode. And when there’s a weird noise, it’s like, what’s that weird noise? People say you have more chance of getting into a car accident than a plane crash, but they do maybe one flight a year and I’m on planes all the time. And all the time I’m thinking I have no control. If this plane crashes I’m dead. I feel like every time I get on a plane I’m risking my life.”

TMZ has obtained a lawsuit from a crazy Michigan man who claims he is Selena’s father and is suing Justin Bieber. Among the things the lawsuit alleges are:

– Justin Bieber got his “daughter” Selena pregnant and owes him $426 for the subsequent abortion. The impregnating occurred in the man’s bedroom, on a Canadian bear rug.

– The man was s0d0mized with a firework by Usher Raymond while Raymond blared Kate Perry’s (sic) “Firework” song. That … is one way to interpret the song.

– Justin gave Selena an STD and then stole the man’s credit card to buy c0caine for himself and “Sean P-Ditty Combs” to use in a drug-free school zone. Whatever that means. Also, we were unaware drug dealers took credit cards.

– The lawsuit concludes that America must boycott Justin Bieber’s music.

 Justin Bieber Meets a 4-Year-Old Cancer Patient in Milwaukee

Justin Bieber visited Bradley Center arena in Milwaukee to meet a 4-year-old cancer patient named Hailey Roser.

Hailey, who suffers a rare form of brain cancer, is a big fan of Justin. There is a Facebook page named “Ask Justin Bieber to visit Hailey” which encourages Justin to meet the little girl. The social media campaign worked.

“Dreams come true #believe,” Hailey’s parents tweeted. “A special thanks to children’s hospital, the MACC fund, Bell ambulance, Netjet and @justinbieber and his team.”

Justin’s manager, Scooter Braun, praised the biebs by tweeting, “my Jets may have lost but seeing that smile on @healinghailey’s face made this #sundayfunday a winner! @justinbieber well done."

Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift and One Direction will attend the Z100 Jingle Ball 2012 and rock the show next month. They will be performing at Madison Square Garden on Friday, December 7 in New York City.

New York radio station, Z100, announced the lineup for Jingle Ball 2012 on Friday, October 19. It’s confirmed that Taylor, One Direction and Justin are the leading stars of the annual event. Other performers are The Wanted, Jason Mraz, Olly Murs, Fun., B.o.B, Ed Sheeran and Ne-Yo.

Tickets for the concert are on sale starting Monday, October 22 for VIP and Tuesday, October 23 for the general public.

My story!!!!!!:

October 17th, Justin arrived in Winnipeg. After school that day, my friend Sam and I went “Bieber Hunting.” We didn’t really expect to find him, but after 5 hours of standing in the pouring rain outside Justin’s hotel, we did. Throughout this day, we tried getting into the hotel, but security was tight. We decided to walk around, and ended up catching Justin leaving his tour bus in the hotel parking lot. We ran, and a car pulled up and Justin got in. Justin, in the car, rolled down his window smiled and flashed us the peace sign. At least we got to meet him for a few seconds. The security told us not to follow, but we did anyways. We ran and followed Justin. His driver ended up turning around, thinking he lost us, and we chased him back to the hotel, where he entered a garage door. We lost him 

Then, concert day, on the 18th, was really great! We had really bad seats, but we were just glad we managed to get tickets. The show itself was really good. Cool lights, choreography, and Justin went shirtless. What a better way to top it all off.

I recommend you go see one of his shows v soon!!!
