Justin Bieber Wins Most Exhilarating Performance Billboard Awards

During the Billboard Music Awards broadcast on Sunday night (5/20) on ABC, you certainly saw music’s biggest names — including Justin Bieber, Usher, Stevie Wonder, Carrie Underwood and LMFAO — put on a great show of their talents.

Billboard asked the fans to vote on who gave the show’s Most Exhilarating Performance. And the winner is… Justin Bieber with a whopping 41% of the vote. The Wanted took second place  for its medley of “Chasing The Sun”/”Glad You Came.”
