Again, Justin Bieber #1 Billboard Hot “21 Under 21″ 2012

For the second year running, Justin Bieber tops Billboard’s “21 under 21″ list of hot young music entertainers, announced today. The ranking is based on record sales, social followings and Billboard editors’ expectations of how much buzz the artists will generate over the next year.

British boy band One Direction, up 17 slots, is second, followed by The X Factor judge Demi Lovato, American Idol champion Scott McCreery and rapper Matt Miller.

Bieber’s ladylove Selena Gomez fell three notches to No. 6. While Nick Jonas falls two spots to No. 10.
