Justin Bieber is coming to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It was confirmed on Sunday that Justin will perform a concert at the Sevens stadium in Dubai on May 4. 2013.
Justin will stop off in the UAE as part of his Believe tour.
Tickets for the concert, which organisers Done Events say will have a “record breaking capacity” will go on sale September 23.
