Got Fired, Ex-Bodyguard Moshe Sued Justin Bieber for $420,000

A former JB’s bodyguard Moshe Benabou has sued Justin Bieber — seeking more than $420,000 in overtime and other wages and claims he was repeatedly punched by Juju during an October confrontation, reports TMZ.com
Moshe’s lawsuit claims Justin berated him and repeatedly punched him in the chest after a disagreement about how to handle a member of entourage. After he walked away, Justin fired him.
Moshe claims he was mistakenly told that he wasn’t entitled to receive overtime despite working 14 to 18 hour days between March 2011 and October 2012. He is seeking unspecified damages on the assault and battery claims and $421,261 in unpaid overtime, vacation and other wage benefits.
Moshe’s attorney, Ilan Heimanson, wrote in a statement:
“For nearly two years Mr. Benabou devoted himself completely to ensuring Mr. Bieber’s personal safety.”
“Mr. Benabou deserved, as does any employee, to be treated with respect, dignity and in accordance with the law. Unfortunately, he was not. “
But sources in JB’s camp tell TMZ … Moshe is nothing more than a “disgruntled employee looking for money.” They say the claim that Justin struck him is “absurd.”
As for why Moshe was fired, sources say Moshe told multiple lies including a big one — that he had worked closely with Justin Timberlake before being hired by Justin Bieber.
TMZ discovered that Moshe never worked for Justin Timberlake a day in his life.
Nonetheless, sources say Justin and company think Moshe is a “good guy” and would like to have a good relationship with him.
