-The Competition is open to UK residents aged 13 or over only.

-The Competition opens for entries on February 15th and close on February 20th 12:00 GMT time.

-The Prize: Four winners will receive tickets to see Justin Bieber in concert as part of his Believe Tour 2013. Prizes are broken down into the following:
a. One pair of tickets (concert only) for Friday 22nd February 2013, 19:00 GMT at Manchester Arena
b. Two pairs of tickets (concert only) for Sunday 24th February 2013, 19:00 GMT at Liverpool Echo Arena
c. One pair of tickets (concert and backstage meet and greet) for Sunday 24th February 2013, 19:00 GMT at Liverpool Echo Arena

- Winners will be notified by telephone on Wednesday 20th February.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the drawing, Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute.

- Winners’ names and pictures will be published on the Promoter’s webpages. Entrants agree that Promoter is allowed to publish their name and pictures.
- Prizes will be sent to winners by recorded delivery within 24 hours of successful notification of winners.
- The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
- The Prize does not include transport or accommodation.
- Any winners under the age of 18 must either be accompanied by an adult.
